Our preconstruction process produces a detailed, line-item estimate that accounts for every scope element before construction begins. It's the kind of document most GCs won't produce — because it holds them accountable to it. We charge for preconstruction because it's real work, and a portion of that fee applies toward construction when you move forward.
The result: every project we've run through our estimating platform has been delivered at or within 10% of the original estimate. Every variance that exists traces directly to owner-directed scope changes — not GC mismanagement.
