How the process works

Estimators look at feasibility using historical cost data and high-level pricing. This estimate incorporates early project details and client feedback.

This iteration of the estimate defines scope and non-negotiables by collaborating with the architect and key subcontractors to develop infrastructure estimates. Estimators evaluate materials, issue RFPs and align on design.

Cadre presents the Design Development estimate, gathers feedback and refines scope to maintain budget and design alignment.

Cadre provides menu-based pricing to optimize timeline, budget, and efficiency, showing real-time cost impacts to inform decisions. Value Engineering is repeated as necessary to get the estimate to the desired state before moving forward.

Cadre finalizes permit submissions, refines subcontractor pricing, coordinates with the Building Department; prepares work orders, commitments, and team schedules.

During this step, Cadre and client finalize the construction agreement informed by the latest refine estimate. This agreement activates mobilization, and transitions from pre-construction to build-phase construction operations.
